- Application fee: US$30 (check or money order payable to Overseas Theological Seminary)
- A recent 2-inch photo
- A believer who has been baptized, has assurance of salvation, and is a part of a local church.
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Part-time studies is allowed
- Recommendation letter from church pastor required
